Sweet Chimney Bakery provides delivery and pick-up services for its pastries locally in Georgia (U.S.A.) Delivery and Pick-Up Orders can be conveniently placed on our website, 24/7.
Delivery Order & Processing
The minimum purchase amount to qualify for delivery or pick-up is $21.
Orders are delivered within a 50-mile radius from our store in Pendergrass located at 5641 US-129 Pendergrass, GA 30567. To see if your address is within our delivery area, please use this link here.
Orders are only delivered between 1 pm and 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. To determine the best day for your delivery, please see our delivery calendar during checkout.
IMPORTANT: Cutoff time for same-day delivery is at 9 am EST Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday after 9:00 am will be delivered the following weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
You can select your desired delivery date for Local Delivery during the checkout process.
We highly recommend that you select a day when someone will be available to accept your delivery package. If our delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you to schedule a 2nd delivery attempt in a future delivery window. Additional charges may apply.
We only deliver to a street address within the 50-mile designated delivery area in Georgia.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Sweet Chimney Bakery is not responsible for delays or undeliverable orders due to the following conditions:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, names or phone numbers
- The inability of access to the destination due to community gates, guarded entrances, nonfunctional access codes, etc.
Deliveries that are returned due to the above instances will be subject to additional charges for redelivery.
Delivery charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
When the delivery recipient is not available in person, items will be left at the door, or an entrance deemed reasonable by delivery personnel.
Delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect arrival times and even dates.
During the holiday season, orders may take longer to be delivered due to the high volume of orders received.
Pick-Up Order & Processing
Orders may be picked up at our restaurant in Pendergrass GA, located at 5641 US-129 Pendergrass, GA 30567.
Orders can only be picked up on your scheduled pick-up day between 11 am and 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. To plan the best day for your pick-up, please see our pick-up calendar during checkout.
IMPORTANT: Cutoff time for same-day pick-up is 9 am EST Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Saturday after 9:00 am can be scheduled for pick-up the following day or any weekend after. Orders placed Sunday after 9 am can be scheduled for pick-up the next weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
All delivery and pick-up orders are made fresh the same day to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. NOTE: Delivery and Pick-Up packaging may fog up, which is normal, and it is due to the hot steam coming from the freshly made products.
For best results, our products should be consumed within 1-2 days of delivery or pick-up. They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 8 weeks. If you are storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.
Color, size, and form may vary slightly from photographs shown as our products are made by hand.
Returns or Refunds
All our orders carry a 100% satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with our product, we will refund or exchange it for another one. Orders must be returned to the store within seven days from the day of pick-up or delivery. Items must be 90% uneaten to be eligible. No refunds will be processed on delivery fees and service charges.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders may not be canceled within two business days of the delivery or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
Special Orders and Large Quantities
When ordering quantities higher than 20 items, please place your order at least 5 days before your desired delivery date. Orders not placed within 5 days of the desired delivery date are subject to rush fees.
